fairyland

Continuing with children’s portraiture, I thought I’d like to share another set from my recent photo shoot.   These really are ethereal.  I just happened to shoot these images at a great time.  This little cutie was sitting on a rock in a mini rose garden.  The time was getting very close, but not quite to the golden hour.  The sun was shining on a tree in the background and I was able to capture these amazing almost octagonal bokeh orbs.  The image on the left, both top and bottom, are the originals.  I added a touch of a butterscotch edit to create a more magical look.  I love the storybook quality of these images.  The bokeh slays me.   It’s fairy dust.
